On a previous occasion, Óscar Torres talked about the 5 main factors that the heads of B2B companies should take into account to help their companies achieve bigger and better B2B sales, more easily and more predictably. In his next talk, he will examine this concept further by analysing the need to develop a company-wide B2B culture. Taking into account that we are in the people business, it is essential to work on this change of mindset. Success is only possible with top-down implementation. Óscar Torres Óscar Torres is the director of the Executive Education B2B Management programme at ESADE Business School, a professor on the Executive MBA at the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF) and the chairman of AEMAVE B2B, Spain’s B2B marketing and sales association. He garnered his experience in B2B sales in the company SolidWorks, part of the Dassault Systèmes corporation, where he is currently the senior director of Worldwide Partner Development. Óscar also founded JustB2B, a consultancy group in the B2B world. Torres is highly knowledgeable about managing change during the transformation of B2B companies to make their business better and more predictable. See you there!
