The ESADE Alumni Berlin Chapter is pleased to invite you to their next session entitled 'Business in the digital age. Lessons learned and opportunities ahead' by Dr Jan Brinckmann next Tuesday, April 9th at  19.00.

In a fireside chat, Prof. Brinckmann will discuss with the movers and shakers of the digital economy the ventures they have started, the lessons they have learned and the exciting business opportunities that lie ahead. The session will be interactive, informal and focused on the personal perspectives of entrepreneurs. This fireside chat will include Q&A with participants.

We will have with us one of the most famous Entrepreneurs in Europe. Our special guest at the event will be: Lukasz Gadowski. He created the world biggest delivery group Delivery Hero.

Jan Brinckmann
Dr Jan Brinckmann is a professor of entrepreneurship and strategy at ESADE Business School in its strategy and general management department. He is the director of the Entrepreneurship Lab on the ESADE MBA Programme and director of ESADE’s own accelerator. Before coming to ESADE, he taught at Loyola University Chicago and Cornell University and was a visiting scholar at Stanford University and Case Western Reserve University. Dr Brinckmann founded and heads Karma Ventures, a high-tech venture investment and advisory holding. He is a board member of Aklamio, Careesma (Intercom group), Favcorner and Kviar Group. He led investments in Juniqe, Red Points, First Stop Health and Icebergs which was recently acquired by Pinterest. Furthermore, Dr Brinckmann is associated with Brains to Ventures, a business angel network from Switzerland, and their VC fund. Dr Brinckmann also directs ESADE’s support for the KIC InnoEnergy incubator at ESADE Creapolis. His mission is to empower entrepreneurs.
