This institutional visit organised by the ESADE Alumni Public Management Club will give an insight into the running of the Teatro Real, one of the foremost entities in Spain’s cultural landscape.
This tour of the Teatro Real, conducted by its most senior managers, will include explanations of its management model and specific traits, and visits to the symbolic areas of most importance for operations: the normal entrances for visitors and all the technical facilities essential for the Teatro Real productions scheduled each season.
