One of the most difficult changes brought about by digital transformation is the fact that companies must now adopt a new customer-centric culture that questions traditional leadership models and principles. Digital consumption has given users a voice, so companies must reflect this change of roles and powers in their relationships with their customers, employees and stakeholders. This changing backdrop has given rise to a new leadership culture based on horizontal collaboration models and transversal participation strategies that include clients, employees and management. Núria will identify the basic principles behind implementing a people-based culture and reflect on the emerging profile of female leadership. Esade Alumni is pleased to invite you to an upcoming Refresher Programme session entitled “Customer-Centricity Leadership: The New People-Centric Business Culture”, with Núria Solsona, academic assistant and director of the Design Thinking for Business Innovation programme at Esade.
