The ESADE Alumni Public Management Club dinner speech ''The overhaul of the judiciary: an overdue reform'', in the ''Major reforms in this term of office'' series will discuss one of the most necessary reforms: the reform of the judiciary.
Steps are being taken in this direction: in recent months a subcommittee set up by the judiciary committee of Spain’s Congress of Deputies has been developing a Spanish justice strategy aimed at engaging this sector in a public reform policy that brings Spain’s judiciary into the 21st century.
Spain’s Minister of Justice, Rafael Catalá, is determined to ensure that this long overdue reform demanded by Spanish society is finally implemented.
