ESADE Alumni Entrepreneurship is organising a talk about how to go about a seed round of investment with business angels. The speaker will be Pau Barbarà, manager of ESADE BAN and Alumni Entrepreneurship. The talk will take place on Monday, April 8th 2019 at 19.00 at ESADE Barcelona (Av. Pedralbes 60-62).
This talk will discuss the key factors to ensure your start-up a successful seed round of investment with business angels and other private investors.

Is it possible to raise funds for your project? What are the minimum requirements you must fulfil? What sort of investor are you looking for? How should you organise the round of finance? How can you make your start-up stand out from all the others in the market? These are a few of the issues to be examined.

This talk is intended for entrepreneurs with a start-up at the seed investment stage or who are preparing for a seed round of investment, and also future entrepreneurs interested in finding out all about this procedure.

Pau Barbarà es Graduado en International Business Economics por la Universidad Pompeu Fabra (UPF) ha completado sus estudios en Boston College (Carroll School of Management) y en ESADE Business School.
Actualmente coordina la red de Business Angels ESADE BAN, premiada Europe’s Best Business Angel Network por EBAN. Desde la red se analizan más de 500 startups al año y se levantantan alrededor de 5M e de financiación Early Stage. Anteriormente ha trabajado asesorando emprendedores como consultor en el programa Catalunya Emprèn y como técnico de cooperación empresarial en ACCIÓ (Generalitat de Catalunya).
