The Esade Alumni WE Club was created in response to the need for progress towards gender equity in all areas of life. Alongside the Esade Women Initiative (EWI), the new club aims to foster connections among alumni who are interested in generating balanced workplaces, who acknowledge the complementary nature of talent, who aspire to promote gender equity in business, and who want to advance the debate on equality of opportunity.
