The Esade Alumni Operations Club is pleased to invite you to an introductory lecture by Víctor Silva, Europe and MEA Operational Excellence Leader at IBM. The lecture will be followed by a workshop on design thinking facilitated by Gabriele Crisman, Business Transformation Consultant at IBM. In this session, we will approach the practice of design thinking as a support method in the process of operational change.
