New regional funding. A talk in the 'Major reforms in this term of office' lecture series

Spanish

May 11 OF 2017 from 07:30 PM to 09:00 PM

The ''Major reforms in this term of office'' series held by the ESADE Alumni Public Management Club continues with its second lecture: ''New regional funding.'' A few months ago work began on the overhaul of Spain’s current model of regional finance, expected to be completed by the end of 2017. This complex issue is of crucial importance for regional cohesion and the smooth running of the main public services (education, social services, healthcare) provided by regional authorities. The Public Management Club will bring Spain’s central and regional authorities together to discuss their viewpoints and considerations of note regarding the political bargaining currently under way in Spain.
