New normality calls for a radical change of business organisation systems. Pyramid and matrix organisations are outdated and inefficient. Fluid, flexible, circular structures are needed. What are the seven steps from solid to liquid phases?

Sergi Corbeto

Sergi Corbeto has been the director of the ESADE Disruptive Management Programme for four years. He has more than 10 years’ experience in companies such as Nike and Xerox, a master in HR (Universidad de Barcelona) and an MBA (ESADE).

Before setting up Mind The Gap, Sergi founded Cookie Box, the digital content and gamification factory. Along with his team, Sergi developed innovative projects for Accenture, KPMG, Novartis, Bankia, Santander, BBVA, Deutsche Bank, Danone, ESADE, Cepsa, Repsol, Google and Telefónica, to name but a few.

Drawing upon his academic experience and also his experience of working for first-rate companies, Sergi wrote his "Manifesto for Corporate Transformation”, intended to enable companies to standardise this process.

Put people in the centre and deal with their preferences, enlarge the scope of digital skills, visualise the future and design a strategy with a purpose, are some of the key points of his manifesto.
