Powerful talks: Get down to business and achieve things

Workshop | Spanish

May 08 OF 2019 from 05:30 PM to 09:30 PM

Sometimes people don’t feel able to convey their lack of satisfaction adequately and put off tough conversations out of a fear of the result. In this ESADE Alumni Careers workshop participants will learn to ask for things proactively with a view to achieving their goals.

This workshop will give participants a structure on which to base outstanding conversations and explain everything they must take into account in order to help the other person empathise with their point of view and engage with their proposals. In a hands-on, practical way, participants will learn how to avoid the main mistakes that can make a conversation go wrong and end up doing the opposite of their original aims.
In this workshop, participants will learn to take a more important role and greater responsibility as they dare to seize the reins of situations they fear.
