The ESADE Alumni Tarragona Club is pleased to invite you to their forthcoming talk entitled 'Strategic management of talent in the 4th Industrial Revolution, the keys to aligning it with the context and the business', by Francisco Loscos (MBA 91) on Thursday 25th April at 19:00.

We will reflect on the main challenges of the strategic management of talent posed by the challenges of the 4th Industrial Revolution, taking into account its strategic alignment with business and culture, and the “systemic connection” between the elements that comprise the architecture of talent.

Francisco Loscos
Professor in the pdople management and organisation department at ESADE Business School. Bachelor’s degree in law (Universidad de Barcelona), and MBA (ESADE). Formerly head of human resources at Obra Social La Caixa, head of human resource development at La Caixa, and corporate director of human resources in the Imaginarium Group. Francisco has also been the director of the human capital consultancy at Deloitte, in which capacity he acted as an advisor to companies in many different industries. He is currently a People & Change consultant and senior management advisor.
