Beatriz Sapiña
Beatriz worked for the Pepe Jeans group for 18 years, and as their HR manager for the last 10.
Since 2008 she has focussed on coaching as a form of personal development. For the last 8 years she has specialised in providing guidance for executives going through career changes, always on the basis of leadership and an awareness of the impact people make. She works with Lukkap, as an outplacement consultant and is a member of the career advisor team for the ESADE EMBA and masters.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (Universidad de Barcelona) and a post-grad in management control (ESADE).
She trained as a coach and specialised in leadership at the Coaches’ Training Institute (CTI).
