Today’s executives face the most uncertain environment in history. How can you help create opportunities and make the most of them? How can you find the light at the end of the tunnel? The answer is to be more committed, to put your heart and soul into your work in order to become more creative and adaptable, to shift from merely doing stuff to wanting to do it. More and better leadership is the key!

Leadership is a challenge that requires the personal leadership within each of us to be in line with our leadership of others. We often want others to change whilst being unwilling to change ourselves... A leader must examine this dual nature in order understand leadership and what needs to be done to develop it.

This webinar, organised by ESADE Alumni Careers, will show several useful ways of developing leadership, particularly some that were often underestimated and are now essential for dealing with uncertain environments.

Our speaker will be Jorge Cuervo Cimadevilla (MBA PT 86), CPCC and PCC certified executive coach, ORSC team coach, expert in organisation, leadership and change management, business consultant, lecturer and speaker. Founding partner of Versor Consulting and Lacuarta f. Author of the books Mejor liderar que mandar and Qué hacer con tus miedos.
