The Esade Alumni Hamburg Chapter would like to invite you to an evening with a special guest on Thursday November 28th at 7pm:
“A talk with Efraín Lechuga: how I left my corporate career to start my own business”
Efraín Lechuga (MBA 11) decided to leave his job at Werfen Group in 2018 in order to start his own business, building on his family's coffee growing tradition. Efraín and his wife distribute coffee directly from his family's plantation in Mexico to German cafes and restaurants. Efraín will kindly share his experiences with us:
1. How his international business career prepared him for his own startup.
2. Why/how he decided to quit a corporate career and pursue his own project.
3. Pros and cons of starting a project based on a family business.
4. Sustainability at the core of his new business model.
As his new business (www.AMATE.de) is all about great coffee, there will be a coffee tasting after the talk.
