English

May 10 OF 2017 from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM

The ESADE Alumni Sweden Chapter is pleased to invite you to this session ''The world through the bright lens of B-Reel'', an exclusive speech organized by the Harvard Business School Club of Sweden in Stockholm on May 10th at 6.00 pm.

What do Agatha Christie, Davor Mimica, Alicia Vikander and Google all have in common?

When Anders Wahlquist and his team first opened the doors of their digital production outfit in Stockholm in 1999, their goal was to keep their ''feet on the ground, stay true to basic beliefs and build something lasting'' - which is why they playfully named their company ''B-Reel.'' – AdAge 2010

They have racked up a few awards along the way, winning multiple Cannes Lions Grand Prix, 13 Guldbaggars, a Black Pencil at D&AD, a Guinness World Record, and exactly one Emmy. With roots in classic storytelling and high-end production they always look for new ways to reach audiences across evolving formats as they generate new ways to connect brands and audiences.

BRF and B-Reel are sister companies and today have 6 offices in carefully selected locations. Anders, the group CEO, joins us in Sweden to tell the story of his personal experiences from entrepreneurship, indie films, movie stars, the world’s largest digital budgets and the strangest events - all against the backdrop of his own personal management style, deployed within what has become an international advertising and media powerhouse.
