The ESADE Alumni Galicia Club would like to invite you to this Dinner talk with Esther Trujillo, Consultant for Chief boards and organizations, specialized in values and relations, independent professional and board member of the Instituto Relacional.

The speaker will give a conference based on its principles, ethics, integrity and relationship management. According to Trujillo, ''Organizations are formed by people, and in the end what organizations do always depend on what people do, how they are related and the environment that surrounds them. The most important facts are ethics and integrity because, eventually, that’s what makes a difference, what makes evolution happen. We need to learn how to manage and improve relations between people and organizations, through ethics and principles.''

It will be a great opportunity to network and share experiences with ESADE colleagues and new alumni that live in the area.

Esther Trujillo

Corporate, Social and Academic organizations Consultant, she provides assessment on the process of relation with groups of interest and social responsibility strategy. Having 16 years of professional experience in multinational companies, Esther worked for Meliá Hotels and Telefónica S.A, where she managed the relations strategy and dialogues with groups of interest. In May 2012, she received a Prize for the best Social Responsibility Directive, by Fundación Alares. She has a Specialization Course in Relational Coaching by the Instituto Relacional. She has a Major on Public Relations and Advertising, Translating and Interpreting studies and post graduate studies in Corporate Responsibility by Harvard Business School and ESADE-Stanford. In 2012 she founded PlanBET Estrategias, S.L. She chairs the Directive Board at UNICEF Madrid; she is also teacher assistant at ESADE, ICADE, Deusto Business School, EOI and other educative institutions.
