Since 2016, Adolfo Domínguez has been company of change. The corporate overhaul spearheaded by Adriana Domínguez, firstly as the managing director and then as CEO, has reconnected the new generations with this iconic signature brand and recovered its profitability. A revolution, 43 years after the creation of the longest standing fashion firm on the stock exchange, that underscores the essence and originality of this well-established signature fashion brand. In Catalonia, the company’s key market, Adolfo Domínguez re-opened its Barcelona flagship store in 2018 and transformed it into the benchmark of the firm’s overhaul of its chain of stores.

Adolfo Domínguez has a turnover of €112m, 391 outlets in 23 countries and a payroll of 1,200.

Adriana Domínguez

Adriana Domínguez González (Ourense 1976) has been the CEO of the Adolfo Domínguez group since May 2018.

In July 2017, she was appointed the company’s managing director and most senior executive.
Previously, as a board member, Adriana Domínguez was the manager of perfumes and head of communication.

Fluent in five languages with an international education, Adriana graduated in international business studies from ICADE and CESEM (France) and The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, New York. She holds a master in contemporary thought (Escuela Contemporánea de Humanidades, Madrid).

She has an in-depth knowledge of the company where, over a 17-year period, she has been in charge of several projects in different business areas: the design of the firm’s concept stores, and the creation of the five capsule fashion collections for women.

Since 2010, she has been in charge of the management, creation, renovation and launch of the company’s perfumes where she has managed brand and image projects such as Viaje a Ceylán, the revamped Agua Fresca de Rosas, and the launches of Rosas Blancas and Única.

As an actress, she has taken part in five film productions and is a life-time member of The Actors’ Studio, a non-profit association for professional actors, directors and playwrights.
