Catenon is a multinational technology-based company, specialized in the global search for professionals and digital talent solutions. Three of their consultants will be joining us:
Laure Striffling studied law and human resources management. She validated a master's degree in human resources management. In January 2001, she joined CPM Search - Alexander Hughes, a Paris-based headhunting firm and worked there for 4 years as a Researcher. In 2005, she went on to work for Futurestep France as a Consultant specialized in Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Laure then joined Catenon France in 2007 as a Consultant and was then promoted to Operations Director in March 2010. She is now BU Director France, working mainly with the FMCG, retail and automotive industries. She speaks French and English.
Lauren Mareschal holds a Masters degree in International Business from Reims Management School, and possesses over 4 years of experience in recruitment and direct approach. She started her career at Hays Executive as an Executive Search Associate, where she led searches in multiple industries, in Europe, Asia and the Americas, for top management functions. She then joined Catenon Group, as an International Recruitment Manager, where while supporting the Group with her expertise in direct search, she is also responsible for business development and client management
Chloé Goujon holds a double Bachelor from Kedge Business School in France & UMKC in the United States and mastered in International Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in London. Having lived and worked in France, United States, England and Spain, Chloé has a strong international profile which allows her to understand cultural and market differences and successfully lead search assignments everywhere in the world.
