This talk will address how to advertise new-built homes by tailoring the product or building to customer demand, with emphasis on two important factors: product and price. 

We will explain the importance of platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and others for finding potential customers and finally the importance of the customer experience in this sector.

Albert Segura (EMBA 2018) is the current CEO and founder of CLINMOO, a property marketing consultant operating in Spain, France, UK and Latin America. He is also a founding partner of ROI Real Estate, specialised in the sale of new-build property in Catalonia and Madrid. Former director of marketing at CatalunyaCaixa real estate and director of marketing at FBEX, the biggest property developer in Mediterranean countries. Besides the real estate industry, Albert is also a shareholder in other start-ups and a partner at animalear.com.
