Is it possible to measure the economic contribution of a particular social project? How should the measurement of social impact be managed? What tools are useful for measuring social impact? In this webinar, we will discuss these and other issues. The measurement of social impact is a fundamental lever that companies must consider in shared value creation. Intangibles now determine 50%-80% of a company’s value. Companies that focus on the long term and work on value creation will be the most capable of adapting to change. Since its creation 10 years ago, the SERES Foundation has been working to develop tools for measuring social impact. In this session, you will learn about the following tools: • CSR2: This indicator measures the socioeconomic impact of strategic CSR projects on a company’s income statement (developed in collaboration with McKinsey). • CSR3: This indicator measures the alignment of a company’s CSR strategy with its business strategy and purpose (developed in collaboration with McKinsey). • Report on the Social Impact of Companies, the first and only report that aggregates the contribution of companies’ social investment to GDP (developed in collaboration with Deloitte). Ana Sainz Ana Sainz is the director of the SERES Foundation, an organisation that encourages companies to commit to improving society through responsible actions aligned with their corporate strategy. Today it brings together nearly 150 companies, representing 35% of Spain’s GDP and 70% of the IBEX stock market index. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a master’s degree from IESE Business School. She has also completed the Social Leadership for Social Organisations programme at IESE and the Shared Value programme at Harvard Business School (2014). She spent part of her career at Bankinter, in posts such as Corporate Banking Account Manager for Large Companies and Director of the Chairman’s Office. During the organisation’s digital transformation, she served as Project Manager for the Internet Area and led the Management Office in the Technology Area. Don’t miss out!
