Business Zen is an innovative philosophy and new holistic management method for companies, leaders and entrepreneurs seeking to create or maximize economic, emotional, social or environmental value (holistic impact) as a growth strategy designed to differentiate themselves by building a more harmonious and sustainable world against a backdrop of uncertainty and fast-paced change.
From a conceptual and practical outlook, this conference offers a global, systemic oriental vision and management techniques for guiding transformation towards personal and business excellence. It will provide an introduction to a method enabling companies to strike a balance with society and the environment by actively motivating all the players in a foremost company to get involved in creating shared value.
Josep M. Coll Morell is a professor and director of the Master in Sustainable Business & Innovation at EADA Business School, and a consultant to the United Nations, the European Commission and companies and entrepreneurs making the shift towards sustainability. He holds a PhD in international economics (innovation, entrepreneurship and development) and a master in European economics (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona). His research areas include conscious entrepreneurship, holistic management and sustainable innovation.
Creator and author of the books Zen Business (Profit editorial) and Wise Cities (Cidob) and co-author of the book Economía de la Felicidad (Plataforma editorial).
