Creating sustainable value for firms requires managers and business executives to effectively engage with their stakeholders. However, with several different stakeholders vying for managerial time and attention simultaneously, especially during a crisis, how should executives strategise who and what really matters? This seminar will introduce and build participant knowledge on a Stakeholder Salience Framework that will enable participants to better prioritise stakeholders and their interests in order to more effectively engage with these entities. 

During this seminar, organised by the Esade Alumni Dublin Chapter, Dr. Tanusree Jain, Assistant Professor of Corporate Governance and Corporate Responsibility at Trinity Business School, will share with us how to manage stakeholders in a crisis.
