A company is a network of conversations. Conversations to set objectives, conversations to ask for things, conversations to give feedback, conversations to assess performance, conversations focussed on performance, etc. The quality of a company depends on your ability to handle conversations. What are the secrets of more intelligent conversations?
Enrique Sacanell is a consultant, coach and systemic coach. Has provided guidance for companies, co-operatives, not-for-profit entities and public authorities about strategy, leadership, team development and change management.
