The ESADE Alumni Moscow Chapter would like to invite you to their forthcoming session on May 22nd at 18:30 at the Marriot Royal Aurora.

During the session ESADE professor Pau Virgili will give a talk entitled Customer digital engagement: The new marketing advantage.

The digital revolution has completely changed the role of customers. They are no longer passive observers but the main actors in building brands. Consumers have access to full information, can choose the content of brand conversations and can help scale up this conversation. We will explore how to engage with consumers and leverage their power to create our marketing strategies together with them.

The talk will be followed by a panel discussion with ESADE Alumni, and the session will end with a networking cocktail for everyone.
