Welcome to the New Normality! Almost everyone has the feeling of being in a race towards what everyone calls "Digital Transformation". Sometimes it is difficult to know where to run and at what speed. During this session, we will reflect on how we can cope with this change of era and the importance of organic leadership to lead this journey.

Organic leadership is basically activating the right roles to be able to manage talent. During the session, we will talk about the hyperconnectivity in which we will be submerged and how we can use it to pay great attention to what others feel and what they expect from us. The New Leader understands that empathy is the superpower that moves everything.

With these discoveries, we will be able to generate innovation ecosystems managed by agile donut teams that will respond to what really matters to our clients and collaborators to achieve their preference. And, of course, a leader in these times of transformation creates and promotes a narrative of purpose to give meaning to each project, task or discourse that is generated around the project.

During the session, we will make this amazing trip and analyze the keys of this new leadership necessary for such a changeable and unstable moment. And we'll have a good time.
