Flash Session – Employee Advocacy: Tips and Benefits

Sesión Flash | Spanish

This session has been postponed. We will inform the new date soon.

Consumer trust in companies has been on the decline in recent years. At the same time, strategically channelled employee authenticity has been gaining strength. Employee advocacy has therefore emerged as one of the major challenges and trends that companies can harness to boost brand engagement and promote their values through their workers. The legal sector is no stranger to this reality. Lawyers must learn to cultivate connections, convey trust and act as brand ambassadors in order to maximise their effectiveness. Learn to embrace this great opportunity with confidence!

Esade Alumni Careers is pleased to invite you to this upcoming flash session for professionals in the legal sector. We will discuss the topic of employee advocacy and its great potential for corporate brands as well as the personal brands of the professionals that make up organisations, who will benefit by strengthening their influential capacity, their reputation and their positioning both in the office and in the market.
