"The Esade Alumni People and Organization Management Club invites you to this session titled “Executive and sports leadership in the 21st century.”


Leadership is, without a doubt, an essential key to success in the development of organizations and the achievement of their business results. During the session we will have the opportunity to delve deeper into this with the help of two experts of recognized prestige in leadership, from the Esade model and in the world of high-competition sports.


We will see how the context impacts leadership development and also how the continuous need to adapt to the challenges that the business constantly demands, maintaining the essence of what the organization wants to be as an institution. The balance between results and purpose is the key. Esade's leadership model is an example in the search for that balance.
