 In this session, organized by Esade Alumni Senior Club, we present  the second edition of our Senior Radar Study, which focuses on the global analysis of major trends associated with the “silver economy” concept. The Senior Radar Study, commissioned by the Senior Club and carried out by RocaSalvatella, aims to identify major trends and opportunities. It goes beyond the classic approach of the silver market and care value propositions, focusing instead on the capabilities and the immense asset offered by a society of senior talent.
