The ESADE Alumni Toronto Chapter would like you to invite you to the upcoming event “The strategy of change” on Wednesday, 17th of July. This is a joint event with ESADE, Bocconi and Georgetown where each business school will have a speaker sharing their unique international experience and addressing the subject of how to thrive within the ever evolving, fast-paced Toronto business world.

Juan Luis Latapi

Juan is an operations management professional with an MSc in Management from ESADE (2009). Born and raised in Mexico City, Juan has lived and worked in France, Spain, Denmark, Brazil and, since 2011, calls Canada home. With previous experience in the Banking (Mexico/Brazil), Aerospace (France/Brazil) and Consulting (Spain/Denmark/Canada) industries, Juan has enhanced his career in Canada by being part of Toronto's thriving tech space. He specializes in building scalable high-performance operational teams, build internal processes, and customer operations strategies in tech companies during their growth stage.

Peter Smit

Peter Smit is the Founder & CEO of Collabogence. Peter was raised across Western Europe and spoke four languages early on. After completing his MBA from Georgetown, he worked at Honeywell's European head office running projects and initiatives; he then went to a global Swiss company (now part of Siemens), later setting up their global account management program. He is currently the Founder and CEO of Collabogence, an organization dedicated using AI and analytics to measure collaborative performance develop stratScotiabank, measuring over 15,000 people as part of a workplace transformation.

Fausto Cacciapuoti

Fausto is a finance professional with an EMBA and more than a decade of professional experience gained in large corporations, and private companies operating in different industries and markets. Fausto started is career in Mcdonald’s Italy, where he steadily advanced into management positions of increasing influence and responsibility, earning almost yearly promotions from Sales/Marketing Analyst to Corporate Controller for the Italian Market.
