Responsabilidades:

• Dirigir operativa, financiera y administrativamente la ejecución de los planes, programas y proyectos de la fundación.
• Desarrollar desde el inicio y mantener relaciones con donantes, patrocinadores y socios estratégicos para asegurar la sostenibilidad financiera de la fundación.
• Identificar y gestionar oportunidades de financiación, incluyendo la preparación y presentación de propuestas de subvención a nivel nacional y europeo.
• Supervisar la implementación de programas de ayuda en África, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y la eficiencia en el uso de recursos.
• Coordinar y liderar al equipo trasversal con el que trabaje, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y orientado a resultados.
• Representar a la fundación en eventos, conferencias y reuniones con stakeholders clave.

Requisitos:

• Título universitario en Ciencias Sociales, Administración, o un campo relacionado.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en un puesto similar dentro de una organización sin ánimo de lucro.
• Conocimiento profundo del ámbito social y de las normativas relacionadas con la gestión de ayudas y subvenciones.
• Conocimientos y experiencia en gestión integral del ciclo del proyecto.
• Habilidades excepcionales en la recaudación de fondos y el desarrollo de estrategias de fundraising.
• Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel internacional y trabajar en el terreno según sea necesario.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar con diversos grupos de interés.

Busquem incorporar un/a professional que, en dependència de la Direcció General, promogui la captació de donacions d’aliments i el servei de gestió d’excedents adreçat als agents de la cadena agroalimentària.

FUNCIONS PRINCIPALS

Definir, impulsar i coordinar l’estratègia comercial del servei de gestió d’excedents per a la captació de donacions d’aliments i la recuperació d’excedents.

Treballarà de forma coordinada amb el departament de Màrqueting i Comunicació i amb el departament de Logística i Distribució.

Serà responsable de:

• Definir i implementar l’estratègia i el pla comercial per a la captació d’aliments (donacions i excedents), la fidelització de donants i la captació de nous col·laboradors.
• Elaborar propostes d’aliances i col·laboracions amb altres agents per potenciar la captació de donacions i la gestió d’excedents.
• Identificar, liderar i desenvolupar projectes estratègics en l’àmbit de la prevenció, el malbaratament i la transformació d’aliments.
• Coordinar i dirigir l’adaptació de l’operativa associada a la captació de donacions i el servei de gestió dels excedents en el marc de la Llei 1/2025, d’1 d’abril, de prevenció de les pèrdues i el malbaratament alimentari).
• Dirigir l’equip de gestors comercials i de captació de donacions.

PERFIL

• Experiència contrastada al sector agroalimentari. Pot ser tant en fabricants (FMCG) com en distribució (moderna).
• Es valorarà experiència en projectes de responsabilitat social o sostenibilitat. Es valorarà experiència com a voluntari/a.
• titulació universitària en enginyeria, agrònoms, mediambientals, ADE. Etc.). No s’exclouen altres titulacions sempre que el candidat aporti coneixement i experiència d’interès pel lloc de treball.

This is a 100% scholarship-based training and support program targeted at entrepreneurs with a disability so they can launch recently-created companies or business initiatives. They are looking for a volunteer to serve as the coordinator of the group and participants.

Requiremet:
Here is a summary of this role’s duties:

1. 1. Participation in choosing the program applicants (desirable)

• Participation in meetings with tutors (required, 3 meetings somewhere between 12 noon and 2 pm + lunch)
• Attendance and oversight of sessions and workshops.
  • Coordinate with the Program Head in any incidents or salient aspects of the course of the classes and the students’ needs during the classes.
  • Remind participants of the importance of the tutorials and detect if there is not a good tutor-student match.
  • Remind the participants to evaluate the sessions after each one ends.
  • o Provide the teachers with technical support by projecting the presentation or setting up the Zoom in the case of hybrid sessions.
