Esade has taken a qualitative leap forward in executive education with the opening of its new campus in Madrid
This new space, located in the Mirasierra neighborhood in the northern part of the city and designed at the cutting edge of innovation, is a learning ecosystem that combines the best of technology, neuroscience, and human experience. It is a place designed to inspire, connect, and promote the growth of our Alumni community.
A space to strengthen the Alumni community
The new campus not only reflects Esade’s overall growth and expansion strategy but also bolsters its commitment to the Alumni community. With spaces designed to foster networking and collaboration, alumni now have more opportunities to keep up the bonds they created while studying at Esade. Plus, the Esade Alumni unit in Madrid has become a crucial mainstay of the campus by offering constant support to its members and promoting initiatives that contribute to the professional and personal development of this global network.

Cutting-edge executive training
The center primarily houses the Madrid activities of Esade Executive Education, which reached its second highest position ever in the prestigious Financial Times ranking in 2024, when it was listed as the second best school in the world in Open programs. Programs like the Executive MBA, the Program for Management Development (PMD), the Advanced Management Program (AMP), and the Executive Master’s degrees in Finances, Digital Business, and Marketing are offered in Madrid. This extensive portfolio also includes numerous Open and In/On hybrid programs, as well as custom programs for companies.
Plus, the campus also houses research centers like EsadeGeo, the Esade Center for Economic Policy (EsadeEcPol), and the Center for Corporate Governance, as well as the offices of Esade’s main corporate areas. These facilities, along with the active presence of the Alumni community, strengthen its role as a key hub for training, research, and talent development.

Designed for connection and collaboration
The campus is designed to offer a unique learning experience in which the new technologies and physical and mental wellbeing are essential. It is a four-story building measuring more than 4,800 square meters, which includes thirteen classrooms with associated workrooms and an extensive parking area. Each space has been painstakingly planned to foster cognitive-emotional processes, from the layout to the materials used.
It is on the cutting edge of technological innovation with a virtual reality room, a Media Room with bluescreen, and state-of-the-art technology, and an IN/ON room which improves real-time collaboration with experts from all over the world.

A green space for wellbeing and creativity
The campus also heavily prioritizes personal wellbeing. Its 2,000-square-meter garden and terrace create a “garden in motion,” with paths that symbolize professional development and the importance of connection. These green areas not only foster relaxation but also stimulate creativity and collaborative thinking, making them an ideal setting for informal gatherings and networking events organized by the Alumni community.
Multiplying opportunities for the Alumni network
The campus is becoming a platform for connection and collaboration with companies, institutions, and nongovernmental organizations, in which the Alumni community plays an important role. This new venue will help alumni renew and strengthen their bonds with the school, drive initiatives that promote social debate, foster lifelong learning, and extend opportunities for collaboration.
In short, the new Esade campus in Madrid is not only a step forward for executive education but also a key meeting point where the Alumni community can continue to grow, connect, and spearhead change in the business world.
We would like to encourage the Alumni community to come get to know it in the upcoming months (Calle Valle de la Fuenfría, 3.)
